Common use of Definition of Employer Clause in Contracts

Definition of Employer. For purposes of subparagraph 8.2 and subparagraphs 8.3 hereof, "Employer" shall include all subsidiaries and affiliates of Employer, and any business ventures in which Employer or its subsidiaries and affiliates may participate.
