Definition of Grievance and Arbitration. A grievance is defined as and limited to an alleged violation of the specific section or paragraph of this Agreement. If any grievance arises there shall be not stoppage or suspension of work because of such grievance; but such grievance shall be submitted to the grievance procedure stated in this contract.
