Definition of Minor. The term "minor" as used herein means any principal performer defined as a minor under the employment laws of the State governing his or her employment and in any event shall include any performer 15 years of age or younger.
Definition of Minor. As used in these regulations the term “minor” means a person who has not attained the age of majority specified in the applicable State law, or if no age of majority is specified in the applicable State law, the age of eighteen years.
