Definition of Net Throughput. As used in this Agreement, the term “Net Throughput,” when used with reference to throughput experienced prior to the In-Service Date of the consolidated system, means the sum of the throughput of each of the individual pipelines, less pipeline-to-pipeline deliveries from one of the Four Pipelines to another of the Four Pipelines (to avoid double counting). When used with reference to throughput experienced after the In-Service Date of the combined system, “Net Throughput” means the throughput of the KBPL pipeline system.
