Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Contract shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) This Contract and attachments, (2) RFP document, (3) the CONSULTANT’s response to the RFP document, and (4) attachments prepared by the CONSULTANT. All of the foregoing are incorporated fully by reference.

Master Definitions Supplement All terms and expressions used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those contained in the Master Definitions Supplement to the CAISO Tariff.

SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.
Statement of Principles The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination by the Employer or the Union against employees because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, or marital status. RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered nurses, and nurses with Temporary Certificates of Registration, employed in a nursing capacity at the Queen’s Family Health Team at Queen’s University in Kingston, save and except nurse manager and persons above the rank of nurse manager.
Protection of Private Information If this Agreement requires City to disclose “Private Information” to Contractor within the meaning of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12M, Contractor and subcontractor shall use such information only in accordance with the restrictions stated in Chapter 12M and in this Agreement and only as necessary in performing the Services. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12M.
