DEFINITION OF SCHEDULED HOURS. In the case of Permanent Part-time employees, for the purposes of pro-rating benefit entitlements and premium co-sharing, the scheduled hours are those hours for which they are hired to work. Where a part-time employee consistently works in excess of his/her regular scheduled hours over a period of three (3) months, this change will be reflected for pro-rating and premium co-sharing purposes.
