Definition of Terms The following terms referred to in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:
SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.
CLARIFICATION OF TERMS If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer.

Definitions of Terms The terms defined in this Section (except as in this Indenture or any indenture supplemental hereto otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires) for all purposes of this Indenture and of any indenture supplemental hereto shall have the respective meanings specified in this Section and shall include the plural as well as the singular. GENERAL DEFINITION OF PRODUCTS Item 1: Cafeteria Furniture • Mobile tables on rollers with or without benches or stools. • Round and rectangular cafeteria tables without benches or stools. Item 2: Dormitory Furniture • Metal, wood, or wood clad metal wardrobes, beds and mattresses, night stands, chest of drawers, and single pedestal dormitory student desks with keyboard or center drawers.
Definition of Layoff A layoff shall be defined as a reduction in the work force or a reduction in the regular hours of work as defined in this Agreement.
Meaning of Terms Unless specifically defined pursuant to 1.1.6.1 above, words used in this Contract that have usual and common meanings, either in general usage or in technical or trade usage, shall have their usual and common meanings.
Definition of Family Members of the employee's immediate family are defined as the employee's spouse, mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, stepchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, stepparents, grandparents and grandchildren.
