Description of Consulting Services Consultant shall perform the following services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement:
Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.
Definition of the Terms “Business Day”, “Affiliate” and “Subsidiary”. Construction; Definitions Unless the context requires otherwise, the general provisions, rules of construction and definitions in the DGCL shall govern the construction of these bylaws. Without limiting the generality of this provision, the singular number includes the plural and the plural number includes the singular.
