Definition of the Project. 1. The Project, which is the subject of this Agreement, is the supply of nuclear fuel for the operation of the reactor, which is located at the Institute of Atomic Energy (IAE) in Xxxxxx, Poland.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the IAEA to Poland and for the Project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the IAEA nor the United States assumes any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the Project is concerned.
Definition of the Project. 1. The Project which is the subject of this Agreement is the supply of nuclear fuel for the operation of the reactor, which is located at the Instituto Tecnologico e Nuclear (ITN) in Sacavem, Portugal.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the IAEA to Portugal and for the Project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the IAEA nor the United States assumes any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the Project is concerned.
Definition of the Project. The Yabulu Extension Project will produce nickel and cobalt from a new feedstock (Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate – MHP), supplied from a new mine and pressure acid xxxxx plant in Western Australia. The Projects / Major Projects are constituted by the following works and those other associated tasks which need to be performed as a direct result of those works which includes : • A new MHP receival and leaching plant. • New preboil stills and associated pumps, piping, heaters and exchangers, piping and ducting for stripping and gas absorption. • Installation of new filters and associated pumps, piping and ancillaries to the existing ASX plant. • A new scalping Ammoniacal Solvent Extraction (ASX) plant. • Installation of process plant for sulphiding and thickening of ASX raffinate. • A new cobalt plant, including modifications to the existing cobalt plant. • A new carbonate recovery and nickel production plant, including Basic Nickel Carbonate (BNC) storage tanks. Including relocation of some existing facilities. • A new carbon dioxide recovery plant and installation of a new ammonia receival facility. • A new cooling tower • Conversion of No. 3 oil-fired boiler to coal seam gas firing. • New fire protection systems as required. • A new water treatment plant. • A new 11kv distribution system. • New air compressors and reticulation of compressed air. • Installation of plant-wide piperacks as required. Major Projects are those that QNPL is undertaking as part of its continuous improvement and stay-in-business regime. This includes : • Boiler refurbishments.
Definition of the Project. 1. The project which is the subject of this Agreement is the supply by China, through the IAEA, of LEU fuel to Ghana for the operation of the reactor, which is located at Kwabenya-Accra in Ghana.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the IAEA to Ghana and for the project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the IAEA nor China shall assume any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the project is concerned. Ghana shall assume full responsibility for any claims arising out of its activities in connection with the project.
Definition of the Project. The Government of Belgium and the Government of the Philippines agree to join in the implementation of an "Agrarian Reform Support Project in the Provinces of Negros Oriental, Bohol and Cebu, Region VII, The Philippines", hereinafter called "the Project". The Project is fully described in the Technical and Financial File which is attached to this Agreement and which forms an integral part of it. The Project is planned for a period of three years. The total Project cost is estimated at 210 million Belgian Francs or 182 million pesos. The total Belgian contribution is estimated at 140 million Belgian Francs (120 million pesos); this contribution consists in grants in cash of 125,861/000 BEF and in a contribution in kind of 14,271,472 BEF.
Definition of the Project. 1. The project that is the subject of this Agreement is the supply by the United States of America, through the Agency, of LEU to Chile for the fabrication of fuel for the XXXX-1 and XXXX-2 research reactors, which are located near Santiago, Chile and are operated by the Chilean Nuclear Energy Commission (hereinafter called the “Commission”).
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the Agency to Chile for the project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the Agency nor the United States assume any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the project is concerned. Chile shall assume full responsibility for any claims arising out of its activities in connection with the project.
Definition of the Project. 1. The project which is the subject of this Agreement is the supply by the United States, through the IAEA, of LEU fuel to Jamaica for the operation of the reactor, which is located at the University of the West Indies at Kingston, Jamaica.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the IAEA to Jamaica for the project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the IAEA nor the United States shall assume any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the project is concerned. Jamaica shall assume full responsibility for any claims arising out of its activities in connection with the project.
Definition of the Project. 1. The project which is the subject of this Agreement is the supply by the United States, through the IAEA, of LEU to Peru for the continued operation of the reactor, which is located at IPEN in Lima, Peru.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the IAEA to Peru for the project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, neither the IAEA nor the United States shall assume any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the project is concerned. Peru shall assume full responsibility for any claims arising out of its activities in connection with the project.
Definition of the Project. 1. The project which is the subject of this Agreement is the transfer of LEU, by the United States, through the Agency, to Mexico for the operation of the reactor by the National Institute for Nuclear Research (hereinafter called “ININ”), and the transfer of HEU fuel by Mexico, through the Agency, to the United States.
2. This Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any additional assistance provided by the Agency to Mexico for the project.
3. Except as specified in this Agreement, the Agency shall not assume any obligations or responsibilities insofar as the project is concerned.
Definition of the Project. ConocoPhillips Canada (North) Limited, ExxonMobil, Imperial Oil Resources Ventures Limited, Shell Canada Limited and the Aboriginal Pipeline Group are proposing the Mackenzie Gas Project, as described in their Preliminary Information Package filed with the Parties on 18 June 2003.
