THE BEECHER TERRACE HOUSING PROJECT a. Documentary Film: “The Beecher Terrace Story” i. Definition of the Project BluBoi Entertainment will create a documentary film entitled “The Beecher Terrace Story.” This documentary film will detail the history of families, the stories of the residents, the stakeholders, the providers and the lovers of the community. The end result of this project will be a 30-minute television special suitable for airing on public television, WKET. In addition, three two to five-minute shorts will be prepared that will be suitable for posting to the Vision Xxxxxxx website and other social media. The films will be produced in three phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. CPs will be provided opportunities to offer input during the pre-production and production phases of the work. ii. Qualified Personnel The film will be created and produced by Xxxxx X. Xxxxx of BluBoi Entertainment (BluBoi), a professional filmmaker with experience in directing and producing documentary films. Xx. Xxxxx has specific knowledge of Louisville and the Beecher Terrace community. iii. Schedule The 30-minute film will be completed within 18 months of the execution of the contract between XxxXxx and LMHA. At approximately 50% of completion, or the 10-month mark, Xx. Xxxxx will provide a rough cut of his film for viewing by the CPs or a script of the film as envisioned. At this time the CPs will be provided the opportunity to suggest additional interviews or to help identify content that may be missing from the film. The CPs will be provided with a second opportunity to review the film and/or the script at the 75 to 80% completion stage. Xx. Xxxxx will present the 50% and the 75% reviews at a quarterly CP meeting. CPs may provide comments at the meeting or they may provide comments in writing to LJMCG within 15 days of the quarterly meeting. If a review stage does not coincide with a quarterly meeting, the 50% and 75% versions of the film will be made available to the CPs via the Vision Xxxxxxx website, LJCMG will notify CPs when the film is posted and CPs will be provided a 15 day comment period. In addition to the final version of the film, three “preview” shorts will be available within 16 months following the execution of the contract. The schedule for the reviews will be adjusted to coordinate with the quarterly meetings.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Alpine Areas As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $3.85 worked on Projects in alpine areas. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot].

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.
