Definitions - Goldstream, Sooke and Charters Creek Watersheds. (a) For the purpose of this section, the Goldstream Watershed shall be defined as all that land owned by the Employer and included in the area known as the Greater Victoria Water Supply area, situated to the south and east of the north and west boundaries of Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx. (x) The Sooke Lake Watershed shall be defined as all that land owned by the Employer and included in the area known as the Greater Victoria Water Supply area, situated to the north and west of the north and west boundaries of Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx. (c) The Charters Creek Watershed shall be defined as all lands owned by the Employer contained within the boundaries of Section 00, Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Plan 2675 right-of-way which includes the treatment plant area and water supply lines.
