DEHP Standards; Warnings. 3.1 On and after the date that is one-hundred twenty (120) days after the Effective Date, X.X. Xxxxxx shall not sell in the State of California Covered Products which do not qualify as a Reformulated Covered Product under Section 3.3, unless such Covered Products complies with the warning requirements of Section 3.2.
