Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DEHP is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DEHP, Swissco shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DINP is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DINP, MICRO shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DEHP, Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), Di- isodecyl phthalate (DIDP), Diisononyl phthalate (DINP), or Di-n-hexyl phthalate (DnHP) is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) the phthalates listed in this Section 3.3, Ground Up shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DEHP or DBP is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DEHP or DBP, HFLLC shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DBP or DEHP is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DBP or DEHP, SML shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.

Reformulated Covered Product. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DEHP, X.X. Xxxxxx shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DEHP or other phthalate is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DEHP or other phthalate, OMI shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
Reformulated Covered Product. A Reformulated Covered Product is one for which the concentration of DEHP or other phthalate is less than 0.1% by weight (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) as tested by an approved laboratory and methods in compliance with Section 3.4 below. For a Covered Product that contains (any part of the product/packaging) more than 0.1% by weight (1,000 ppm) DEHP or other phthalate, OMI shall provide the warnings set forth in Section 3.2.
