Language Other than English. Where the label or packaging of the Covered Product used to provide a warning includes consumer information about the Covered Product in a language other than English, the warning must also be provided in that language in addition to English.

Used On Site: Provide the ACCO notice when three (3) or more employees (worker and/or laborer and/or mechanic) on the Site, at any time, speak a language other than English. The ACCO will then provide the Contractor the notices described in Article 37.6.1 in that language or languages as may be required. The Contractor is responsible for all distributions under this Article 37; and
