Deidentified Data and Aggregated Data. 4.1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Ekata may Process Aggregate Consumer Information and De-identified data (together, “Deidentified Data”) relating to, derived, or generated from Customer Personal Information or derived from the Services, for any lawful purpose. As between Ekata and Customer, Ekata exclusively will own rights, title, and interest in and to Deidentified Data. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Deidentified Data does not constitute Customer Personal Information pursuant to the Agreement and this CCPA Addendum, and Ekata may use, maintain, disclose, and otherwise Process such Deidentified Data for any lawful purpose. 4.2. In the event that either Party shares Deidentified Data with the other Party, the receiving Party warrants that it: (i) has implemented technical safeguards designed to prohibit reidentification of the Consumer to whom the Deidentified Data may pertain; (ii) has implemented business processes designed to specifically prohibit reidentification of the Deidentified Data; (iii) has implemented business processes designed to prevent inadvertent release of the Deidentified Data; and (iv) will make no attempt to reidentify Deidentified Data.

Deidentified Data and Aggregated Data. Company acknowledges and agrees that (a) Pindrop and its affiliates may use Aggregate Data and Deidentified Data relating to Company Personal Information or derived from the Products and Services, for the purpose of providing the Products and Services, improving its operations, and enhancing the features, functions, and performance of the Products and Services; and (b) Deidentified Data and Aggregate Data cease to be Company Personal Information for purposes of the Relevant Agreements, and Pindrop and its affiliates may, during and after the term of the Relevant Agreements, use, maintain, and disclose such Deidentified Data and Aggregate Consumer Information for its own for its own product improvement and general marketing purposes. However, Pindrop and its affiliates shall not identify Company or otherwise disclose Company as the source of any such Deidentified Data or Aggregate Consumer Information in any manner in connection with any such product improvement or general marketing purposes. For clarity, Support Data may, if it meets the criteria set forth in this Section 7, also be used for the purposes authorized in this Section.

  • De-Identified Data Provider agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data. De-Identified Data may be used by the Provider for those purposes allowed under FERPA and the following purposes: (1) assisting the LEA or other governmental agencies in conducting research and other studies; and (2) research and development of the Provider's educational sites, services, or applications, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Services; and (3) for adaptive learning purpose and for customized student learning. Provider's use of De-Identified Data shall survive termination of this DPA or any request by XXX to return or destroy Student Data. Except for Subprocessors, Xxxxxxxx agrees not to transfer de- identified Student Data to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification, and (b) prior written notice has been given to the LEA who has provided prior written consent for such transfer. Prior to publishing any document that names the LEA explicitly or indirectly, the Provider shall obtain the LEA’s written approval of the manner in which de-identified data is presented.

  • Aggregated Data Anonymous, aggregate information, comprising financial account balances, other financial account data, or other available data that is collected through your use of the Services, may be used by us and our service providers to conduct certain analytical research, performance tracking and benchmarking. Our service providers may publish summary or aggregate results relating to metrics comprised of research data, from time to time, and distribute or license such anonymous, aggregated research data for any purpose, including but not limited to, helping to improve products and services and assisting in troubleshooting and technical support. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

  • Data Aggregation Services BA is also permitted to use or disclose information to provide data aggregation services as that term is defined by 45 CFR 164.501, relating to the health care operations of CE.

  • Data Aggregation In the event that Business Associate works for more than one Covered Entity, Business Associate is permitted to use and disclose PHI for data aggregation purposes, however, only in order to analyze data for permitted health care operations, and only to the extent that such use is permitted under the HIPAA Rules.

  • Authoritative Root Database To the extent that ICANN is authorized to set policy with regard to an authoritative root server system (the “Authoritative Root Server System”), ICANN shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) ensure that the authoritative root will point to the top-­‐level domain nameservers designated by Registry Operator for the TLD, (b) maintain a stable, secure, and authoritative publicly available database of relevant information about the TLD, in accordance with ICANN publicly available policies and procedures, and (c) coordinate the Authoritative Root Server System so that it is operated and maintained in a stable and secure manner; provided, that ICANN shall not be in breach of this Agreement and ICANN shall have no liability in the event that any third party (including any governmental entity or internet service provider) blocks or restricts access to the TLD in any jurisdiction.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Statistical, Demographic or Market-Related Data All statistical, demographic or market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes to be reliable and accurate and all such data included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package or the Prospectus accurately reflects the materials upon which it is based or from which it was derived.

  • Covered Data All instances of "Student Data" should be replaced with "LEA Data". The protections provided within this DPA extend to all data provided to or collected by the Provider.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Categories of Data Subjects Any individual accessing and/or using the Services through the Customer's account ("Users"); and any individual: (i) whose email address is included in the Customer's Distribution List; (ii) whose information is stored on or collected via the Services, or (iii) to whom Users send emails or otherwise engage or communicate with via the Services (collectively, "Subscribers").
