Delay of Merit Pay Increase. 10.7.3.1 The Employer and the Union agree that if there is a delay in a merit pay increase being reflected on the officer’s paycheck due to administrative delay or clerical error, the Employer will adjust the officer’s paycheck appropriately to reflect retroactive payment of the merit pay increase to the proper effective date.
