DELAY OF REDUCTIONS TO MEDICAID DSH ALLOTMENTS. (a) In General.--Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (7)(A)-- (A) in clause (i), by striking ``2014'' and inserting ``2016''; and (B) in clause (ii)-- (i) by striking subclauses (I) and (II); (ii) by redesignating subclauses (III) through (VII) as subclauses (I) through (V), respectively; and (iii) in subclause (I) (as redesignated by clause (ii)), by striking ``$600,000,000'' and inserting ``$1,200,000,000''; and (2) in paragraph (8)-- (A) by redesignating subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (D); (B) by inserting after subparagraph (B) the following new subparagraph: ``(C) Fiscal year 2023.--Only with respect to fiscal year 2023, the DSH allotment for a State, in lieu of the amount determined under paragraph (3) for the State for that year, shall be equal to the DSH allotment for the State for fiscal year 2022, as determined under subparagraph (B), increased, subject to subparagraphs (B) and (C) of paragraph (3), and paragraph (5), by the percentage change in the consumer price index for all urban consumers (all items; U.S. city average), for fiscal year 2022.''; and (C) in subparagraph (D) (as redesignated by subparagraph (A)), by striking ``fiscal year 2022'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2023''.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • Compliance with Equal Benefits Ordinance With respect to the provision of employee benefits, Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance which prohibits contractors from discriminating in the provision of employee benefits between an employee with a domestic partner and an employee with a spouse.

  • CONTRIBUTIONS WHILE ON UNPAID LEAVE As set forth in Administrative Code section 16.701(b), covered employees who are not in active service for more than twelve (12) weeks, shall be required to pay the Health Service System for the full premium cost of membership in the Health Service System, unless the employee shall be on sick leave, workers’ compensation, mandatory administrative leave, approved personal leave following family care leave, disciplinary suspensions or on a layoff holdover list where the employee verifies they have no alternative coverage.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
