Deliberations of the Committee. The committee will deliberate the information received from members. If a consensus is reached by the committee, recommendations will be developed regarding job descriptions. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall work together in good faith to resolve any disputes regarding job descriptions. Until resolution, the job description will maintain status quo.
