Common use of Deliverables and Numbers of Copies Clause in Contracts

Deliverables and Numbers of Copies. Within thirty (30) days of the end of this Phase, Architect shall provide to District a hard copy of the following items produced in this phase, together with one (1) copy of each item in electronic format: a. Breakdown of Construction Cost Budget as prepared for this Phase; b. Meeting reports/minutes; c. Schematic Design Package with alternatives; d. Statement indicating changes made to Architectural Program and Schedule; and e. Copy of the DSA file, including all correspondence and meeting notes to date, or notification in writing that Architect has not met or corresponded with DSA.
