Common use of Deliverables and Numbers of Copies Clause in Contracts

Deliverables and Numbers of Copies. Architect shall provide to District a hard copy of the following items produced in this phase, together with one (1) copy of each item in electronic format: a. Design Development drawing set from all professional disciplines necessary to deliver the Project; b. Specifications; c. Revised Construction Cost Budget; and d. Copy of the DSA file, including all correspondence and meeting notes to date, or notification in writing that Architect has not met or corresponded with DSA. The Design Development deliverables shall be revised within the accepted program parameters until a final concept within the accepted Construction Cost Budget has been accepted and approved by District at no additional cost to District.
