DELIVERABLES AND OWNERSHIP OF DELIVERABLES. All deliverables, including, but not limited to the reports required in this Agreement shall be the sole property of the City of New York and the Department. The Contractor shall not allow the same to be used except for the purposes of this Agreement, without the express and prior written permission of the Department.

  • Deliverables Upon completion of each Test for each Reviewable Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall record a finding based on the issues discovered.
