DELIVERY AND PICKUP. Delivery and storage of equipment in the non-climate-controlled equipment storage room on the day prior to the event may be possible if arranged with two weeks written notice. Arlington County does not take responsibility for any stored equipment. Pick-up of equipment must be within the contracted reservation period. The Arlington County park staff cannot accept responsibility for anything left on the premises. If any personal or rental equipment is left beyond the contracted rental time an automatic $200 storage fee will be assessed and deducted from the security/cleanup deposit. After seven (7) days all stored items will become the property of Arlington County. In addition the Security Deposit is forfeited.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP. All rental delivery and pick up must be within the rental period specified in the Contract, unless otherwise arranged with Mint Room Studios Inc in attached memo. Mint Room Studios Inc staff is not responsible for receiving and/or signing for rental and delivered items. Any rental items left on the premises beyond the rental period without pre-approval by Site or Event Manager shall incur an additional charge that will be billed to the Customer. Any equipment (speakers, podiums, tables, etc.), that is the property of the Customer, and is approved by Mint Room Studios Inc staff for next day pick up, must be moved to a designated storage area immediately following the event. Any items that are left in storage are done so at the Customer’s own risk. Min Room Studios Inc is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items left on the premises.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP. 6.1. Unless otherwise noted, prices quoted in the Order Confirmation include delivery and pickup of the Equipment. CW shall be responsible for placing the Equipment within a reasonable distance of the Customer’s requested location.
6.2. Customer should designate a hard surface for Equipment placement (i.e., cement, asphalt or gravel). Customer shall be liable for aid services required if CW’s equipment delivery truck or the Equipment gets stuck either setting, pulling, moving, or removing the Equipment (e.g., because of muddy ground). For pavement that should be protected, the Cus- tomer shall provide either sheets of plywood or three 2”x8”x8’ lengths of lumber for Equipment to be set on. CW shall not be responsible for removal or replacement of silt fence or other erosion control devices.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP a. The Artist/Owners, at his or her sole expense, is responsible for delivery of the Artwork to Xxxxxx Xxxx no later than 30 business days from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
b. The Artist/Owner, at his or her sole expense, is responsible for collection of the Artwork from Xxxxxx Xxxx no later than 30 business days from the expiration date of this Agreement. If the Artist/Owner fails to collect the Artwork within the agreed to timeframe, the Parties agree, VPA may keep the Artwork on display without additional cost or liability or remove and store it at a City location. If VPA elects to remove and store the Artwork, the Owner/Artist, shall be responsible for reimbursement of VPA for all reasonable costs so associated until the date of collection by the Owner/Artist.
