Storage Room. The storage room floor, walls, doors, and fixtures shall be clean and kept free of free of dirt, debris and encrustations and have a uniform appearance with no streaks, swirl marks, or detergent residue. There shall be no splash marks or mop streaks on furniture, walls, baseboards, etc., or mop strands remaining in the area.
Storage Room. FLOOR: High traffic PI-5 standard ceramic, with skirting in the same material. CEILING: Painted plasterboard ceiling. WALL: Suvinil paint for plaster, on single spackling, DOOR FRAME: Granite Baguette in swallow xxxx door width e=2 cm. DIVIDING WALLS/EQUIPMENT: To be installed by the condominium.
Storage Room. The Hungarian Embassy shall provide to the Austrian consular officer the average equipment level of the foreign missions of the Schengen States (office furniture, telephone, fax, Internet access, photo copier, PC, scanner, equipment for document examination, etc). The Austrian consular officer shall use the premises and the equipment exclusively for the performance of his or her official duties.
Storage Room. Supply and Storage Room(s) Layouts to be as shown on Tenant plan, include the following:
Storage Room. The LOC shall provide a storage room, minimum surface area of 50m2, in the parking close to the timing room
Storage Room. Commencing on the Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use a storage room consisting of approximately 347 rentable square described on Exhibit M (“Storage Room”) for the storage of Tenant’s property and for no other use or purpose. Tenant may not store any Hazardous Materials in the Storage Room. Tenant shall have all of the obligations under the Lease with respect to the Storage Room as though the Storage Room were part of the Premises, excluding the obligation to pay additional Base Rent and Operating Expenses. Landlord shall have no obligation to make any repairs or other improvements to the Storage Room and Tenant shall maintain the same, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in good repair and condition during the term as though the same were part of the Premises. Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to Storage Room of any kind whatsoever. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, surrender the Storage Room at the expiration or earlier termination of the term of the Lease free of any debris and trash and free of any Hazardous Materials in accordance with the requirements of Section 28 of the Lease. In accordance with and subject to the terms of Section 7 hereof, Landlord shall be responsible, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense and not as an Operating Expense, for the compliance of the Storage Room with applicable Legal Requirements (including the ADA) as of the Commencement Date, but regardless of when such lack of compliance is discovered.
Storage Room. This Annexure A forms part of the Special Conditions of the Hire Agreement where it has been ticked as applicable in the Booking Confirmation. The following terms and conditions apply to the Hirer’s use of the storage room Facility:
Storage Room. During the lease term, Party A shall provide Party B with a space of two hundred to three hundred square metres (200~300m2) at the underground room of the China Electronic Information Building for Party B's use as its storage room, with the fees to be agreed otherwise.
Storage Room. The waste shall be stored in the Secondary Waste storage room in the bins in which it is delivered to the Facility. The storage room shall provide facilities to perform this operation. The Facility shall provide storage capacity for the Waste Oil in the form of safe stationary tanks at the premises. Precautions to mitigate spills shall be taken. Whole Carcasses will be delivered to the Site in sealed body bags. The bag and its contents will be lifted from the delivery Vehicle and shall be placed directly into the incinerator. The Facility shall be capable in an Unplanned Outage or an Emergency of storing 75 tonnes of Secondary Waste until such time as ProjectCo has made arrangement for its disposal in accordance with the Emergency Plan.
Storage Room. Throughout the Term (as extended or earlier terminated per the Lease), Landlord shall lease to Tenant and Tenant shall lease from Landlord the Storage Room located on the First Floor of the Building, which contains approximately 352 rentable square feet, shall be exclusively used for storage, and is shown in the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Storage Room”). From time-to-time, but with at least thirty (30) days advance notice, Landlord shall have the right to relocate the Storage Room to another area located on the First Floor of the Building of equal or greater size and comparably suited for Tenant’s Storage, and with equal rights of access. The square footage of the Storage Room shall not be taken into account in calculating Tenant’s Pro Rata Share, Operating Expense Reimbursement, or any pro rata right, or obligation of tenant for the property (such as parking spaces).
