Notice to City. Written notices to City hereunder, with a copy to the City Attorney of the City of Los Angeles, shall be given by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to: or to such other address as City may designate by written notice to Contractor.
Notice to City. Minimum 24-hours prior notice shall be given to the City’s Department of Public Works prior to commencement of work under this Contract.
Notice to City. Manager shall Notify City whenever Manager or a Subcontractor intends to commence any activity that is subject to Prevailing Wage Law under this Agreement.
Notice to City. CONSULTANT agrees to provide immediate notice to CITY of any claim or loss against CONSULTANT arising out of the work performed under this Agreement. CITY assumes no obligation or liability by such notice, but has the right (but not the duty) to monitor the handling of any such claim or claims if they are likely to involve CITY. CONSULTANT also agrees to provide immediate written notice to CITY if any insurance policy listed above is suspended, voided, or reduced in coverage or limits. CONSULTANT agrees to have all subcontractors do likewise.
Notice to City. In the event that Developer has not obtained, despite its good faith diligent efforts, a necessary Non-City Regulatory Approval for a particular Community Improvement within three (3) years of Developer’s or the City’s application for the same, Developer shall provide written notice to the City of its intention to (i) continue to seek the required Non-City Regulatory Approval from the Non-City Responsible Agency, (ii) substitute the requirement that Developer construct such Community Improvement with a requirement that Developer construct another Community Improvement listed on the Phasing Plan (a “Substitute Community Improvement”) or (iii) substitute the requirement that Developer construct the Community Improvement with a requirement that Developer construct a new Community Improvement not listed on the Phasing Plan (an “Alternate Community Improvement”); provided, however, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to the SFMTA light rail “M” Oceanview Line, which are addressed separately in Section 3.6.8.
Notice to City. When Subdivider determines Project is substantially complete, Subdivider shall notify City in writing of Project’s status within seven (7) calendar days of Subdivider’s determination. The notice shall certify to City that Project has been completed in accordance with the Construction Documents; all applicable building codes and regulations; all permits; all licenses; all certificates of inspection, use, and occupancy; and ordinances relating to Project.
Notice to City. Anytime during the term of this Covenant when Owner intends to offer to sell, convey, or transfer the Property or any portion thereof, Owner shall give to the City written notice at the address and in the manner specified in Section XVI.F below, of its intent to sell the Property with a summary of the proposed transfer.

Notice to City. If at any time the Company intends to perform construction work in any right-of-way, the Company shall obtain a right-of-way permit from the City and shall provide the City with notice before commencing any such work as required by the Right-of- Way Permit application process.
Notice to City. If the Developer grants a Mortgage, it shall give written notice of the same (including the name and address of the Mortgagee) to the City; provided, however that the failure to give such notice shall not constitute a default or Event of Default under this Lease Agreement but rather, shall only have the effect of relieving the City from any obligation to such Mortgagee until such written notice is provided. The City hereby consents to the recordation of the interest of the Mortgagee in the Official Records of Los Angeles County, California.
