Required Evidence of Insurance i. Copy of the additional insured endorsement or policy language granting additional insured status; and ii. Certificate of Insurance.
Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
Evidence of Insurance Cover All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.
Evidence of Coverage The Contractor shall, upon request by DSHS, submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, policy, and additional insured endorsement for each coverage required of the Contractor under this Contract. The Certificate of Insurance shall identify the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Certificate Holder. A duly authorized representative of each insurer, showing compliance with the insurance requirements specified in this Contract, shall execute each Certificate of Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain copies of Certificates of Insurance, policies, and additional insured endorsements for each subcontractor as evidence that each subcontractor maintains insurance as required by the Contract.
Maintenance of Insurance Policies The Servicer shall, in accordance with its customary practices, policies and procedures, require that each Obligor shall have obtained physical damage insurance covering the Financed Vehicle as of the execution of the related Receivable. The Servicer shall, in accordance with its customary practices, policies and procedures, track such physical damage insurance with respect to each Receivable.
Purchase of Insurance No Mortgagor was required to purchase any credit life, disability, accident or health insurance product as a condition of obtaining the extension of credit. No Mortgagor obtained a prepaid single-premium credit life, disability, accident or health insurance policy in connection with the origination of the Mortgage Loan. No proceeds from any Mortgage Loan were used to purchase single premium credit insurance policies as part of the origination of, or as a condition to closing, such Mortgage Loan;
Delivery of Instruments, etc Upon request by the Lender, the Borrower will promptly deliver to the Lender in pledge all instruments, documents and chattel papers constituting Collateral, duly endorsed or assigned by the Borrower.
Delivery of Policies; Insurance Certificates Prior to commencing the Work, the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance issued by the respective insurers, indicating the Agreement number thereon, evidencing the insurance required by Article XI hereof. In the event any policy furnished or carried pursuant to this Article will expire on a date prior to acceptance of the Work by NYSERDA pursuant to the section hereof entitled Acceptance of Work, the Contractor, not less than 15 days prior to such expiration date, shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance evidencing the renewal of such policies, and the Contractor shall promptly pay all premiums thereon due. In the event of threatened legal action, claims, encumbrances, or liabilities that may affect NYSERDA hereunder, or if deemed necessary by NYSERDA due to events rendering a review necessary, upon request the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA a certified copy of each policy.
Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall: (a) except policies in evidence of insurance required under Section 11.02(b), name or be endorsed to cover NYSERDA, the State of New York and the Contractor as additional insureds; (b) provide that such policy may not be cancelled or modified until at least 30 days after receipt by NYSERDA of written notice thereof; and (c) be reasonably satisfactory to NYSERDA in all other respects.
Notices; Certificates of Insurance All policies of insurance shall provide for thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change. If the policies of insurance do not or cannot be endorsed to provide thirty days prior notice of cancellation or material adverse change, each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other Interconnected Entities with thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change to any of the insurance required in this agreement. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other with certificates of insurance prior to Initial Operation of the Customer Facility and thereafter at such time intervals as they shall mutually agree upon, provided that such interval shall not be less than one year. All certificates of insurance shall indicate that the certificate holder is included as an additional insured under the Commercial General Liability, Business/Commercial Automobile Liability and Excess and/or Umbrella Liability coverages, and that this insurance is primary with a waiver of subrogation included in favor of the other Interconnected Entities.
