Work Change Directive. A written directive to Contractor issued on or after the effective date of the Construction Contract, signed by Owner and recommended by Engineer, ordering an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work.

B. Day:
1. The word “day” means a calendar day of 24 hours measured from midnight to the next midnight.

Pursuant to Section 3.3.1.1 of the Agreement, the tables on the following pages represent the classifications and direct salary rates of personnel the Design Consultant anticipates will be directly engaged on the Project.

7.03.02 Owner and Design/Builder shall negotiate in good faith for appropriate adjustments to the GMP and Project Schedule arising out of work change directives, and shall conclude such negotiations as expeditiously as possible. Pending final determination of cost to Owner, amounts not in dispute may be included by Design/Builder in Applications for Payment and shall be paid by Owner.

7.3.3 When Owner and Design/Builder agree upon the adjustments in the GMP and Project Schedule, such agreement shall be effective immediately and shall be recorded by preparation and execution of a Change Order.
