Delivery of Closing Deliverables. The Sellers and the Purchaser shall have delivered or procured the delivery to each other of the required closing deliverables as listed in Exhibit B (1);
Delivery of Closing Deliverables. The documents to be delivered at the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be, by or on behalf of the parties hereto pursuant to SECTION 5 hereof, including the cross receipt for the Securities and any additional documents requested by the Underwriters pursuant to Section 5(u) hereof, will be delivered at the offices of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP, 00xx Xxxxx, XXXX Xxxxx, 0 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx (the “Closing Location”) at the Closing Time or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be. A meeting will be held at the Closing Location at 2:00 p.m., Hong Kong time, on the business day next preceding the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be, at which meeting the final drafts of the documents to be delivered pursuant to the preceding sentence will be available for review by the parties hereto.
Delivery of Closing Deliverables. On or prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall have delivered all agreements, instruments, and documents required to be delivered by Buyer under Section 2.4.
