DELIVERY OF EDM UNITS TO THE GOVERNMENT. The Contractor shall deliver GCBs (CLIN 0011) that support early bench-top laboratory testing, including OPSW and WAF integration. A method of cooling the GCBs shall be provided to facilitate extended laboratory usage. The EDM GCBs shall include all external connections to facilitate connection with WAF torpedo simulation interfaces. Based on testing planned by the Government, the following modifications to the EDM GCB requirements shall apply:  Form and fit requirements (i.e enabling GCB installation within a torpedo section) shall not be required for the EDM GCB  All external connections described on J10 per ICDs 8667303 and 8667304 (Attachment 1) shall not be required for the EDM GCB  All 10Gigabit Ethernet external interfaces described on J9, J10, J12, J13 per ICDs 8667303 and 8667304 (Attachment 1) shall not be required for the EDM GCB  Any power supplies supporting functions external to the GCB (i.e DSA, IMU, WLIA, Receiver, Transmitter, etc.) shall not be required for the EDM GCB  Compliance with Section 3.3.4.3.1 of this SOW shall not be required for the EDM GCB The Contractor shall successfully complete FAT on EDM hardware units (CLIN 0011) as defined in Government approved, Contractor developed, EDM Acceptance Test Procedures (CDRL A075). The Contractor shall define the test set-up and describe in the Test Procedure. The Contractor shall deliver EDM Acceptance Test Results (CDRL A077) with the EDM hardware deliverables.   • Action to Protect the Government’s Interest 1. The Performer agrees to execute or to have executed and promptly deliver to DARPA all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions to which the Performer elects to retain title, and (ii) convey title to DARPA when requested under Paragraph C of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that Subject Invention.

  • Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution.   • Conditions When the Government May Obtain Title Upon DARPA’s written request, the Performer shall convey title to any Subject Invention to DARPA under any of the following conditions:

  • CFR PART 200 Domestic Preferences for Procurements As appropriate and to the extent consistent with law, the non-Federal entity should, to the greatest extent practicable under a Federal award, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award. For purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Produced in the United States” means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stag through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States. Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, class, including optical fiber, and lumber.   • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • Special and Differential Treatment for the Newer Asean Member States In order to increase the benefits of this Agreement for the newer ASEAN Member States, and in accordance with the objectives and principles set out in the Preamble and Articles 1 (Objective) and 2 (Guiding Principles), Member States recognise the importance of according special and differential treatment to the newer ASEAN Member States, through:

  • Audit Requirements for Recipients of State Financial Assistance For purposes of this paragraph, the word "Contractor" shall be deemed to mean "nonstate entity," as that term is defined in section 4-230 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The Contractor shall provide for an annual financial audit acceptable to the Client Agency for any expenditure of State awarded funds made by the Contractor. Such audit shall include management letters and audit recommendations. The State Auditors of Public Accounts shall have access to all records and accounts for the fiscal year(s) in which the award was made. The Contractor shall comply with federal and State single audit standards as applicable.
