DELIVERY OF POM UNITS TO THE GOVERNMENT. The Contractor shall successfully complete XXXX (Section C-9 of the SOW) and FAT on all POM hardware units (CLINs 0219, 0220, 0221, 0222 0224, and 0225), as defined in the Government approved, Contractor developed POM Acceptance Test Procedures (CDRL A075) using certified Factory Test Equipment. The Contractor shall deliver POM Acceptance Test Results (CDRL A077) with the POM hardware deliverables. Deliverables: Test Procedure - POM Factory Acceptance Test Procedures (CDRL A075) Test/Inspection Report - POM Acceptance Test Results (CDRL A077) The Contractor shall deliver the following hardware units upon successful completion of DVT testing as described in paragraph 8, as well as XXXX and FAT as stated above to support Government integration efforts:  Pre-POM G&C Sections (CLIN 0219)  Pre-POM GCB FIRSs (CLIN 0221)  Pre-POM Receiver FIRs (CLIN 0222)  Pre-POM Transmitter FIRs (CLIN 0225) CLINs 0220 and 0224 POM hardware units shall be delivered to the Government after successful performance of XXXX and FAT as stated above and after successful completion of Contractor Qualification Testing of the POM design per Section C-12 of the SOW. Any SSS or in-water noncompliance found during POM DVT, XXXX, FAT and qualification testing shall require a waiver or variance to document the issue and describe the closeout action (i.e. design, requirement or test equipment change) with the goal of correcting the issue and demonstrating compliance prior to PRR closure.   • Action to Protect the Government’s Interest 1. The Performer agrees to execute or to have executed and promptly deliver to DARPA all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions to which the Performer elects to retain title, and (ii) convey title to DARPA when requested under Paragraph C of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that Subject Invention.

  • Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff. This Agreement shall be subject to the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

  • Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution.   • Conditions When the Government May Obtain Title Upon DARPA’s written request, the Performer shall convey title to any Subject Invention to DARPA under any of the following conditions:

  • Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx The Interconnection Customer will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff, including the LGIP.

  • Special and Differential Treatment for the Newer Asean Member States In order to increase the benefits of this Agreement for the newer ASEAN Member States, and in accordance with the objectives and principles set out in the Preamble and Articles 1 (Objective) and 2 (Guiding Principles), Member States recognise the importance of according special and differential treatment to the newer ASEAN Member States, through:

  • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • Relations between Governments The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied irrespective of whether or not the Contracting Parties have diplomatic or consular relations.

  • Files Subject to Florida's Public Records Law Any file, report, record, document, paper, letter, or other material received, generated, maintained or sent by Grantee to Florida Housing or its agent(s) in connection with this agreement is subject to the provisions of Section 119.01- .15, Fla. Stat., as may be amended from time to time (Florida's Public Records Law). Grantee represents and acknowledges that it has read and understands Florida's Public Records Law and agrees to comply with Florida's Public Records Law.   • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.
