Delivery of email. 3.3.1 Our email system allows us to confirm delivery of emails sent and provide us with ‘read receipts’, which tell us when the email was opened. However, the system may not always provide automatic confirmation that a message has been received and there may be considerable delay between transmission and delivery. If you need to know that your message has been received, you should make a separate request for confirmation.

Delivery of email. STATE TEL ON-LINE / FASTTRAK DSL will attempt to deliver all of the email that is addressed to your email address on State Tel On-line / Fasttrak DSL service. Sometimes, however, someone who may or may not be a subscriber to State Tel On-line / Fasttrak DSL service, will attempt to relay large numbers of email messages, in bulk, off of or through one of our servers. We reserve the right to discard that bulk relay email because it is an unauthorized use of our equipment. Any email addressed to you in care of State Tel On-line / Fasttrak DSL service that is included in such bulk relay email may not be delivered to you.
Delivery of email. FLORIDA BARGE CORP will attempt to deliver all the email that is addressed to your email address on FLORIDA BARGE CORP’s Services. However, the nature of email is such that FLORIDA BARGE CORP cannot guarantee delivery of such email.
Delivery of email. XXXX’S SHUTTLES LLC will attempt to deliver all the email that is addressed to your email address on XXXX’S SHUTTLES LLC’s Services. However, the nature of email is such that XXXX’S SHUTTLES LLC cannot guarantee delivery of such email.
