Delivery of Gold. (a) AGR MATTHEY shall deliver Gold (within the specifications set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 2) to K&S within 7 days from the date of its receipt of K&S’s order (in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2). Delivery by AGR MATTHEY to K&S is deemed to have occurred upon physical delivery at the Delivery Point as evidenced by the Transportation Agent’s delivery receipt signed by one of the duly authorised K&S employees as listed in Appendix 1.
Delivery of Gold. If the Metal Agent receives a valid Gold Sale Notice from the Issuer or from the Administrator on behalf of the Issuer (or, from the Security Trustee for the purpose of Realisation of Security) instructing the Metal Agent to effect a Gold Sale, and concludes a Gold Sale transaction to sell an amount of Gold to an Eligible Purchaser or to the Metal Agent in accordance with Clause 3.1, the Metal Agent shall instruct the Custodian:
Delivery of Gold. (A) Subject to events of force majeure, all deliveries of Gold by the Supplier shall be made to the Purchasers at the Approved Locations and within 2 usiness Days of notice or request by the Purchasers. Upon delivery of the Gold, each Purchaser shall pay to the Supplier the Delivery Charges as set out against its name in Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Delivery of Gold. Article 16 After the gold lease is concluded, both parties should accomplish the lease declaration through the membership service system of Shanghai Gold Exchange to realize the transfer of gold.
Delivery of Gold. The Seller hereby agrees to deliver the Required Quantity of Alluvial Gold by November 1, 2012.
