Delivery of Instruments of Transfer. Seller shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to the Buyer instruments of transfer in conformity with Section 1.5 above.
Delivery of Instruments of Transfer. At the Closing, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer such deeds, bills of sale, assignments and other good and sufficient instruments of conveyance, transfer and assignment as shall be necessary to vest in Buyer title in and to the Purchased Assets of the quality described in Section 5.01(i) hereof.

Delivery of Instruments of Transfer. The Vendor agrees to deliver to the Purchaser such executed instruments of transfer as required to register the transfer of ownership of the Purchased Assets in the name of the Purchaser, which instruments of transfer will be in a registrable form.

Delivery of Instruments of Transfer. Upon the execution of this Agreement, Sellers shall deliver to Company all Original Certificates. Upon receipt of the Original Certificates and such stock power, Company shall amend its records simultaneously herewith to reflect the changes in the Sellers Shares purchased pursuant to the transactions described herein.
