Access Cards. The Garage Operator may elect to provide parking cards or keys to control access to the Garage. In such event, Landlord or the Garage Operator shall provide Tenant with one card or key for each Parking Pass that Tenant is entitled to hereunder, provided that Landlord or the Garage Operator shall have the right to require Tenant or its employees to place a reasonable deposit on such access cards or keys and to pay a fee for any lost or damaged cards or keys.
Access Cards. Upon the execution of this Agreement, Member shall be provided an electronic key fob or key providing Member with access to the Premises. Launch may require a refundable deposit for such key fob/key which deposit will be refunded to Member upon the return of the key fob/key to Launch, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Launch may also require a fee for a replacement key fob(s).
Access Cards. As a condition of opening your Account, you understand and agree that you will be issued a BOB ATM/Debit Card. You may not accept any of the cards if you wish.
Access Cards. Two access cards for the data center spaces are provided for each customer regardless of number of contracted services within a data center. Additional access badges may be purchase at a rate indicated on the Customer Rate Sheet
Access Cards. For a one-time charge of $100.00, Licensee shall be issued five (5) security access cards ("Access Cards") to be used to access the Space. Replacement cards will be provided at a cost of $20.00 each. Licensee has the right to increase the number of issued access cards at will.
Access Cards. If the Building in which the Premises are located is equipped with an access card system, Landlord will furnish the initial access card to Tenant’s employees free-of-charge and Tenant shall pay for the cost of replacing any damaged, stolen or lost cards, and Tenant shall promptly furnish Landlord with the name of any employee to whom a card was issued and who, for any reason, ceases to be an employee of Tenant and also return to Landlord such ex-employee’s access card. At Landlord’s option, and with the concurrence of Tenant, frequent visitors to the Premises may also be issued access cards. Landlord shall maintain detailed written procedures covering access cards and such procedures shall be available for inspection by Tenant.
Access Cards. Permanent contractors must obtain access cards from the Estate 2 access office for each individual that will be entering the Estate.
Access Cards. In order to restrict access to BPS to only authorized individuals, every individual must identify themselves with a BPS access card before entering the BPS site. Access cards are issued by the BPS Operator’s Plant Protection department (“BPS Plant Protection”) in accordance with specifically negotiated service agreements. Visitors will be provided with their Access cards at the Main Gate, Xxxxx Street entrance. BPS Plant Protection will contact Member business personnel notifying a visitor is at the Main Gate. Member business management must authorize BPS Plant Protection before the visitor will be issued a visitor’s access card. Member business visitors must be accompanied at all times when on the BPS site. Access cards must be carried by each Member business’, employees, contractors and visitors at all times while on the BPS site. Access cards must be presented to BPS Plant Protection upon demand. Visitors’ access cards must be clearly visible at all times on the BPS site. Lost access cards must be reported immediately to BPS Plant Protection. In order to support the efforts of the BPS Operator to maintain security for the BPS site (including ensuring compliance with marine security rules in effect from time to time on the BPS site) and issue access cards, each Member business shall provide BPS Plant Protection, in advance and in writing, with the following details about their employees and service providers (including truck drivers and contractors) and visitors who routinely access BPS: Ø surnames and first names, Ø date of hire (if applicable), Ø personnel number (if applicable), Ø status (ie. full or part time, contract employee or student (if applicable)), Ø contact telephone number within the Member business’ facilities, Ø make of vehicle, year, colour and license number of all vehicles parked in employee parking lots or driven onto the BPS site, and Ø such other information requested from time to time, including information requested in accordance with Section 11.7 (Marine Security Schedule) hereof The data will be handled in accordance with the Federal Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act.
Access Cards. Subject to payment by the Operator of the Access Card Fees, the Owner will (at its discretion) issue each Vehicle with a single Access Card (which can only be used for that Vehicle). The Access Card must at all times be affixed or mounted on the front windscreen of the Vehicle to which it has been issued. Each Access Card will remain the property of the Owner.
Access Cards. Members will be issued cards for the gate. A refundable $20 deposit will be required for each card. Additional cards are available for family members living at home. Access cards are for family member use only.
