Delivery of Results to the Foundation; Withdrawal of Results. The Researcher and/or the Research Institution shall inform the Foundation of all Results produced or discovered within a reasonable period of time following the production or discovery of each such Result. If at any time after informing the Foundation of Results pursuant to this Section 7(b), the Researcher or the Research Institution determines that there is a reasonable scientific basis to conclude that such Results are not scientifically valid, the Researcher or the Research Institution may so notify the Foundation and (i) the Foundation shall take reasonable steps to notify third parties to whom such Results have been disclosed that such Results are no longer scientifically valid and (ii) such Results shall not be deemed to be Results.

Delivery of Results to the Foundation; Withdrawal of Results. The Company shall inform the Foundation of all Results produced or discovered within a reasonable period of time following the production or discovery of each such Result (and, in the case of any reagents, cell lines, compounds, animal models or other materials constituting Results, upon the request of the Foundation, deliver such materials as directed by the Foundation). If at any time after informing the Foundation of Results pursuant to this Section 9(b), the Company determines that there is a reasonable scientific basis to conclude that such Results are not scientifically valid, the Company shall promptly so notify the Foundation.
