Notification of Results. Within 10 days after satisfactory inspection and/or testing of Interconnection Facilities built by the Interconnection Customer (including, if applicable, inspection and/or testing after correction of defects or failures), the Interconnected Transmission Owner shall confirm in writing to the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider that the successfully inspected and tested facilities are acceptable for energization.
Notification of Results a. Respondents will be notified of the results of the evaluations via email. Notification will be sent to the email address from which the proposal was received.
b. Upon completion of the evaluation process, the Department may initiate negotiations.
c. The Department reserves the right to negotiate all terms and conditions of the Agreement, including those stipulated within this Call for Business Plans.
d. Negotiations for this concession operation may be conducted with multiple Respondents simultaneously.
e. In the event the Department is unable to reach agreement with a Respondent, the Department reserves the right to terminate negotiations at any time.
f. Terms and conditions outlined in the Call for Business Plans, or included in the Proposals, may not represent the final terms and conditions for an Agreement. Award may be made to the Respondent whose Proposal is of greatest benefit to Park visitors, the Department and the State of Florida. Final award will depend on the Department’s ability to negotiate a satisfactory Agreement with the Respondent. Negotiations resulting from evaluations of Proposals will not bind the Department to award an Agreement. In the event the Department finds the Proposals or negotiations are not acceptable, no Agreement will be awarded. (a) The Compensation Office shall prepare an Evaluation Report and simultaneously notify the incumbent(s), XxxXxxX and the designated manager in writing of the results of the evaluation meeting no later than ten (10) working days after the Joint Job Evaluation Committee has reached its decision. The Evaluation Report shall include individual evaluation factor levels assigned, total points, band level, effective date, the department/faculty and the job title.
(b) Following completion of the evaluation process, the Employer shall prepare a Job Summary within six (6) months identifying the major duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position with a copy forwarded to the incumbent(s) and YusApuY.

The Employer shall notify the incumbent(s) and manager in writing of the results of the rating meeting no later than ten (10) working days after the Joint Rating Committee has reached its decision. Such notification shall include individual factor levels assigned; total points; salary level; effective date, if applicable; the department/faculty; and the job title.

An error in grading or rating, if called to the attention of the Municipal Employee Relations Officer within one (1) month after announcement of examination results, shall be corrected. Correction shall not, however, invalidate appointments previously made, except for appointments made as a result of a promotional examination.
