Publication of Results. {Note: This is an optional paragraph that may be added, together with a description of the results and manner of publication, as appropriate.} Recognizing that the dissemination of the results of NASA’s activities is one of the considerations for a nonreimbursable Space Act agreement, the parties agree [describe the results to be published and the publication method].
Publication of Results. Each party shall have the right to review any proposed publication of the results of any development work, in a manner mutually agreed to by the Partiesprior to publication. Governing Law & The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Jurisdictions: State of Delaware, U.S., without regard to its conflict of law principles, and all actions arising from the Agreement, including arbitrations, shall be conducted in New York, New York. The Parties shall agree to use binding arbitration to resolve disputes between the Parties, other than disputes where either Party is seeking injunctive relief, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the AAA.
Publication of Results. Recognizing that the dissemination of the results of NASA's activities is one of the considerations for a nonreimbursable Space Act Agreement, the parties agree to acknowledge NANOBAC as the source of the materials and material methods in all publications. Each party agrees that all potential publications arising out of activities related to this Agreement shall be subject to the consent and approval requirements under this Agreement. Any review by a party for such purpose may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, ensuring data accuracy, proper contributor credit/acknowledgement, determination of most appropriate journal for submission, protection of patentable subject matter, and protection of confidential information. Each party shall provide to the other a copy of any proposed publication or presentation at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the submission of such proposed publication or presentation to a journal, editor, or other third party, except to the extent that the substantive content of such proposed publication or presentation does not materially differ from what previously has been approved by the other party. Upon receipt of any such proposed publication or presentation, the receiving party shall have thirty (30) days to object in writing to such proposed publication on reasonable grounds; and, the same shall be deemed approved and consented to unless objection is received within such period..

Related to Publication of Results

  • Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Publication means any report, article, educational material, handbook, brochure, pamphlet, press release, public service announcement, web page, audio or visual material or other communication for public dissemination, which relates to all or any portion of the Grant Plan or is paid for in whole or in part using Grant Funds.

  • Referral Announcement refers to a process by which calls are routed to an announcement that states the new telephone number of an End User.

  • Speech or language impairment means a communication disorder, such as stuttering, impaired articulation, a language impairment, or a voice impairment, that adversely affects a child’s educational performance.

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.

  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • Publication NPC-232 means the Ministry Publication NPC-232, "Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 3 Areas (Rural)", October, 1995 as amended.

  • Public Disclosure means disclosure in a press release reported by the Dow Jones News Service, Associated Press or comparable national news service or in a document publicly filed by the corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13, 14 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the Takeover Rules.

  • Publication NPC-233 means the Ministry Publication NPC-233, "Information to be Submitted for Approval of Stationary Sources of Sound", October, 1995 as amended.

  • Publishing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3.

  • Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Public display means the showing of the original or a copy of a work—

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.

  • Practical application means to manufacture in the case of a composition or product, to practice in the case of a process or method, or to operate in the case of a machine or system; and, in each case, under such conditions as to establish that the invention is being utilized and that its benefits are, to the extent permitted by law or government regulations, available to the public on reasonable terms.

  • Announcements has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1.11.

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;
