Delivery of Survey. Subject to clauses 12 and 16.1, Nearmap will deliver the Survey to the Licensee by uploading the Survey to the Website within 6 months of the date on which Nearmap receives payment of the Survey Fee in full from the Licensee. Nearmap will notify the Licensee in writing once the Survey has been uploaded to the Website. Availability to other Nearmap customers Nearmap may, at its absolute discretion, allow other customers of Nearmap to access the Survey on the Website. Refund of Survey Fee If the Licensee is not in breach of the Agreement and Nearmap elects to terminate the Agreement under clause 6.4 prior to delivery of the Survey, Nearmap will refund the Survey Fee to the Licensee. During the Term the Licensee may contact Nearmap at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx with the Licensee’s support queries. However, Nearmap cannot guarantee that it will be able to resolve any issue raised by the Licensee. Nearmap has no obligation to provide the Licensee with any additional support, but if Nearmap agrees to do so Nearmap may charge the Licensee reasonable additional fees for the additional support provided to the Licensee by Nearmap.
Delivery of Survey. Buyer, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense, may obtain a survey of the Property within twenty-one (21) calendar days after the Effective Date.

At Developer's expense, Developer shall deliver to Mall II LLC, at the Closing, an "as-built" survey (dated or updated to a date not earlier than sixty (60) days before the Closing Date) which shows the Phase II Mall as constructed within the Building at the point of construction as of such date. Upon completion of construction of the Development, Developer shall deliver a final version of such survey, showing the Development "as-built."

Delivery of Survey. Paragraph 3(b) of the Agreement is hereby further amended to provide that Seller shall deliver the Survey to Buyer on or before December 15, 1996.
Delivery of Survey. Within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, Seller, at Seller’s cost and expense, shall cause to be delivered to Purchaser the most current survey of the Property (the “Survey”) in Seller’s possession, prepared by a licensed surveyor or engineer (the “Surveyor”) and meeting the minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. The Survey shall (i) set forth a “metes and bounds” description of the Property, (ii) show all alleys, streets, roads, and rights-of-way within the boundaries of the Property, (iii) show any improvements that constitute an encroachment or protrusion affecting the Property, (iv) identify any portion of the Property lying within any 100-year flood plain, (v) identify all recorded easements that affect the Property, (vi) set forth the number of total square feet of the Property, and (vii) specify the gross land area and the Net Land Area of the Property. The Survey shall include a certification to the Title Company and Purchaser and shall be otherwise in West Plano Land — Diodes Contract of Sale a form acceptable to the Title Company to permit, at Purchaser’s sole cost and election, modification of the Survey exception to the Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance to be delivered to Purchaser to read “Shortages in Area” only.
Delivery of Survey. Purchaser hereby covenants and agrees that it ------------------ has received from Seller, an as-built survey of the Land and the Improvements prepared by Xxxxx & Fraus, dated _________ ___, 2000, and last updated June ___, 2000 (the "As-built Survey"). Seller shall cause the As-built Survey to be certified to Purchaser and Title Company, and which certification shall be sufficient to cause Title Company to delete its standard preprinted survey exceptions.
Delivery of Survey. Within five (5) days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser, at Seller’s expense, an as-built survey of the Land and Improvements, prepared by a land surveyor licensed by the state in which the Land is located and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Purchaser in accordance with the 2016 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, jointly established and adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors, (the “Survey”).
Delivery of Survey. Two days after the Effective Date; the field notes are attached to this Contract in Exhibit A.
