Gross Land Area definition

Gross Land Area means the total area of land acquired by the Company
Gross Land Area means the total land area of a proposed development that might include the centerline of adjoining road or street right of ways, if dedicated as part of the development, but does not include land area under surface water.

Gross Land Area means the total area of the land to be developed excluding constrained lands such as, without limitation: wetlands, unstable slopes, ravines, water courses, flood plains, environmentally-protected areas, required railway buffers, and other similar constraint lands.
