The Supplier shall assist the Inspection Parties with all necessary inspections required prior to the shipment. The Supplier shall only be responsible for the travel costs of the Inspection Parties in attending inspections if such inspections are repeat inspections or are required due to the Supplier being in breach of its obligations under this Contract.
