Delivery Voltage. The TVA Energy made available under this Contract shall be delivered at a nominal voltage of 161,000 volts, subject to the provisions of section 1 of the attached Terms and Conditions, set forth in Attachment 4.
Delivery Voltage. The delivery voltage at each Delivery Point(s) shall be as agreed between FPL and OUC. OUC and LAKE WORTH shall maintain close coordination with respect to future delivery points in the interests of system reliability. Each party shall endeavor, to the extent practicable, to keep the other party advised of significant developments related to their respective power supply facilities.
Delivery Voltage. The voltage of the interconnected facilities which shall be made at XXXX’x standard transmission voltages; nominally 69kV, 138kV or 345kV measured phase to phase.
Delivery Voltage. The Interconnection Customer shall deliver Electrical Output to the Interconnection Point at a standard voltage level of kilovolts (“ kV”) or at such other voltage to which the parties may agree in writing.
Delivery Voltage. 161,000 volts will be the nominal delivery voltage for power made available under this Agreement, and such power will be delivered at said nominal voltage, subject to the provisions of section 1 of the attached Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Voltage. The power made available under this contract shall be delivered at a nominal voltage of 161,000 volts, subject to the provisions of section 1 of the attached Terms and Conditions. However, in lieu of the 7 percent voltage variation tolerance provided for in said section 1, except for temporary periods of abnormal operating conditions, voltage variations on the C-31 bus shall be within 5 percent of 161,000 volts and voltages at the C-33 bus and the C-37 bus shall be within 5 percent of mutually agreed voltages.
Delivery Voltage. PacifiCorp shall deliver Firm Power and Energy at the Point of Delivery in the form of alternating current at a nominal frequency of 60 Hertz, and at a nominal voltage of 69,000 volts.
