Demand Deposit Account Sample Clauses
Demand Deposit Account. Custodian will open and maintain a demand deposit account or accounts in the name of Custodian, subject only to draft or order by Custodian upon receipt of instructions. All monies received by Custodian from or for the account of Fund shall be deposited in said account or accounts. When properly authorized by a resolution of the Board of Trustees of Fund, Custodian may open and maintain an additional demand deposit account or accounts in such other banks or trust companies as may be designated in such resolution, such accounts, however, to be in the name of Custodian and subject only to its draft or order.
Demand Deposit Account. The Borrowers shall maintain at least one demand deposit account with the Administrative Agent for purposes of this Agreement. Each Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent (but the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated) to deposit into said account all amounts to be advanced to the Borrowers hereunder. Further, each Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent (but the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated) to deduct from said account, or any other account maintained by the Borrowers at the Administrative Agent any amount payable hereunder on or after the date upon which it is due and payable. Such authorization shall include but not be limited to amounts payable with respect to principal, interest, fees and expenses.
Demand Deposit Account. Xxxxxx agrees to deposit the pro rata share of Xxxxxxxx’s payment due to the FTA in a segregated demand deposit account held by the Lender and titled as follows: “[insert legal name of Lender], FBO Guidehouse LLP as FTA, in trust for the individual security beneficiaries.” The demand deposit account shall not refer to any party other than the Lender, FTA, and the individual security beneficiaries (as applicable).
Demand Deposit Account. When you put money as a deposit into your Demand Deposit Account, we accept the money, hold it for you, and undertake to return it to you upon your request. Revolut Bank is not authorised to, and so cannot, provide payment services or issue e-money. This means that we can only accept money into, and return money from, your Demand Deposit Account with you directly in the way described in these Demand Deposit Terms. Money cannot be paid directly into or out of your Demand Deposit Account in any other way. The only way you can put money into, or take money out from, your Demand Deposit Account is by having an e-money account with Revolut Payments and making payments using it in the way described in these Demand Deposit Terms.

Demand Deposit Account. You may link up to two (2) DDAs to Your Qualified Commerce Credit Card Account for the use of the toggle® payment feature. If You link a Commerce DDA to Your Account, that DDA must be an open checking account. You must have an ownership relationship to that DDA in order to link it to Your credit card Account. Any person using the Account and/or related Card(s) with the expressed or implied permission of any of the applicants ("Authorized Users") will have access to the linked DDA through the use of Your Account. Any DDA that has been designated by Commerce as having a garnishment, a closed-to-posting restriction, or has been forced to close by Commerce, will not be eligible to link to Your Account for the purpose of the toggle® payment feature. Small Business banking accounts will not be eligible to link to Your Account for the purpose of the toggle® payment feature. If You link a non-Commerce DDA to Your Account, You must provide Commerce with the account number and the routing information for that financial institution. Certain transaction restrictions may apply to such non-Commerce DDAs. Please refer to such bank's terms and conditions of Your DDA for applicable fees, restrictions and/or limitations of Your DDA.
Demand Deposit Account. Borrower shall be required, during the term hereof, to maintain at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, a separate demand deposit account (each, a “Demand Deposit Account”), in accordance with standard account documents of Administrative Agent. On any date a payment is due hereunder, Borrower shall deposit into such Demand Deposit Account an amount equal to the difference, if any, between the amount contained therein and the amount due on such date. Borrower agrees that on the date each payment hereunder is due and owing hereunder, Administrative Agent is authorized to, and shall, debit the Demand Deposit Account of Borrower by the amount of the payment owed.

The Hxxx Companies authorize First Union (but First Union shall not be obligated) to deposit into said account all amounts to be advanced to the Hxxx Companies hereunder. Further, the Hxxx Companies authorize First Union (but First Union shall not be obligated) to deduct from said account, or any other account maintained by any Hxxx Company at First Union, any amount payable hereunder on or after the date upon which it is due and payable. Such authorization shall include but not be limited to amounts payable with respect to principal, interest, fees and expenses.
