Common use of Demarcation Point Clause in Contracts

Demarcation Point. A point-of-termination bay(s) will designate the point(s) of interconnection between Satcom’s equipment and/or network and BellSouth’s network. Each party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. Satcom may, at its option, provide its own point-of-termination bay(s) in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications, which BellSouth will provide upon request.

Demarcation Point. A point-of-termination bay(s) will designate the point(s) of interconnection between SatcomInterconnector’s equipment and/or network and BellSouth’s network. Each party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. Satcom Interconnector may, at its option, provide its own point-of-termination bay(s) in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications, which BellSouth will provide upon request.

Each party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. Satcom Level 3 may, at its option, provide its own point-of-termination bay(s) in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications, which BellSouth will provide upon request.

Each party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. Satcom Network Telephone may, at its option, provide its own point-of-termination bay(s) in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications, which BellSouth will provide upon request.
