Demonstrated Effectiveness in Professional Practice of Counselling. 10.1.5.1 The primary role of Counsellor Members is to support student success and well- being. Effectiveness in professional practice implies a concentrated and successful delivery of personal, career, and educational counselling, as well as the development of programming to support these efforts. Counselling may involve the development or facilitation of training and workshops for students, academic programs, or service areas.

  • Professional Practice The parties agree that nurses who have professional practice complaints will make such complaint in writing to their manager and if such complaint is not resolved then it will be considered an appropriate topic at ONA management committee, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The parties agree that ONA members may use the ONA Professional Responsibility and Workload Report Form.

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement. Party further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts.
