Denominations; Record Date; Payment of Interest. (a) Unless otherwise provided as contemplated by Section 2.03(b) with respect to any series of Securities, any Registered Securities of a series shall be issuable without coupons in minimum denominations of $1,000 and any Bearer Securities of a series shall be issuable, with interest coupons attached, in the minimum denomination of $5,000.
