Common use of Dental Premium Formula Sharing Clause in Contracts

Dental Premium Formula Sharing. The Dental coverage for employees shall be provided and paid at 100% by the Employer and paid at 80% by the Employer for dependents. Dental coverage may be elected independently from medical coverage; however, employees must always elect dental coverage for themselves in order to enroll dependents. Dental coverage offered shall include the Delta Dental plan and the Willamette Dental Maintenance Organization plan. The City shall retain the right to select insurance carriers or to self- fund this benefit and to make changes to benefits. The Union retains the right to bargain changes, upon request and nothing herein shall constitute a waiver of that right.
