Health Plans and Rates. 27.5.1 Medical Plan Design Changes - Premera Core and HMO Xxxxxx Permanente: Beginning with plan year commencing January 1, 2019 the Union accepts the plan design changes set forth in Attachment A - “2019 Medical Plans, Benefit Changes (Firefighters)” for the self-insured Premera Core plan and HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) Xxxxxx Permanente. These changes apply to LEOFF 2 employees and their dependents.

  • Benefit Plans and Perquisites For as long as the Executive is employed by the Company, the Executive shall be eligible (x) to participate in any and all officer or employee compensation, incentive compensation and benefit plans in effect from time to time, including without limitation plans providing retirement, medical, dental, disability, and group life benefits and including incentive or bonus plans existing on the date of this Agreement or adopted after the date of this Agreement, provided that the Executive satisfies the eligibility requirements for any the plans or benefits, and (y) to receive any and all other fringe and other benefits provided from time to time, including the specific items described in (a)-(b) below.

  • Health Plans A. The health plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be those recommended by the JLMBC, approved by the City Council, and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • Insurance Plans The Executive is eligible to participate in the life, health, dental, short and long-term disability plans made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans.

  • Continuing Employees “Continuing Employees” is defined in Section 6.4 of the Agreement.

  • Benefits and Perquisites During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans and programs commensurate with Executive’s position, that are provided by the Company from time to time for its senior executives generally, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans which may be amended, modified, or terminated by the Company.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.

  • Students with Disabilities The Charter School shall comply with all federal special education laws and regulations, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

  • Medical Plans The Employer will maintain the current health (including vision) and dental insurance programs and practices. For Calendar Years 2022 — 2023, the Employer shall contribute 80% of the premium charge for PPO plans, 85% of premium for the EPO plan, 85% of premium for the IHM plan, 80% for the prescription drug plan and 50% for the dental plan.

  • Health insurance premiums If you are unemployed and have received unemployment compensation for 12 consecutive weeks under a federal or state program, you may take payments from your IRA to pay for health insurance premiums without incurring the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax.
