Common use of Dental Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Dental Services Plan. ‌ The regular employees who work at least 20 hours per week are entitled to be covered by the Union's Dental Services Plan effective upon completion of the third month of employment. The University shall pay 100% of the monthly premium for such employees, at the dependent rate, if required.
