Department Group II. Maintenance. Those employees working the day shift are expected to report their absence at least two (2) hours prior to the time their shift begins. Employees working any other shift are expected to call at least four (4) hours prior to the time their shift begins. If an absence must be reported after the time stated above, it will be necessary for the employee to call their immediate supervisor.
