Common use of Department Liaison Clause in Contracts

Department Liaison. In performing the services provided for in this Agreement, Contractor’s liaison with the Airport will be the person identified in Agreement at Section 11.1, Notices to the Parties. Such individual shall be the Contractor’s primary point of contact for all purposes under this Agreement.
