Common use of Department of Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Department of Administrative Services. If the grievance remains unresolved, the Union may file the grievance with the Department of Administrative Services, Labor Relations Division within fifteen (15) calendar days after the response was due for review and response. Arrangements for a Step 3 meeting shall be mutually agreed upon. The Labor Relations Division will provide a formal written response within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Step 3 meeting. In the event the Step 3 response is acceptable to the Union, such response shall have the same force and effect as a decision or award of an arbitrator, and shall be final and binding on all parties and they will abide thereby.
